Ephesians 4:26: "Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger." Contrary to popular belief, anger isn't inherently sinful. There is a righteous kind of anger that comes from the Holy Spirit: anger against injustice, evil, and everything contrary to God's holiness. However, we are instructed to control our anger. If we're not careful, our anger can blossom into hatred. Instead, we should confront our feelings before they consume us and push us toward sin. Learning to rise in the midst of our anger is a crucial part of growing in our faith.
